OH, MY DARLIN’…
Do you want to quit smoking, but find it hard to do so?
Do you feel addicted to nicotine, or trapped by the habit?
Do you worry about the health risks of smoking, or the impact it has on your loved ones?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you may benefit from hypnosis for smoking cessation. Hypnosis is a natural and effective way to help you quit smoking for good. It can help you break free from the physical and psychological dependence on cigarettes, and empower you to live a healthier and happier life.
Hypnosis for smoking cessation is not a one-size-fits-all solution. It is a personalized approach that takes into account your reasons for smoking, your triggers, your goals, and your preferences. It is also a collaborative process that involves your active participation and commitment.
Hypnosis for smoking cessation works by creating a relaxed and receptive state of mind, where you can communicate with your subconscious mind and make positive changes. Your subconscious mind is the part of you that controls your habits, beliefs, and behaviors. It is also the source of your cravings, emotions, and self-confidence.
• Eliminate your desire and need for cigarettes
• Develop new coping skills and strategies
• Increase your motivation and willpower
• Reduce stress and anxiety
• Enhance your self-esteem and self-control
• Improve your health and well-being
• And more!
It is a process that requires your cooperation and dedication.
You will need to listen to the recording of the session every day for at least 28 days, or until you are confident that you are a non-smoker.
You will also need to follow the suggestions and instructions given during the session, such as avoiding triggers, drinking water, exercising, etc.
Hypnosis for smoking cessation is also not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. If you have any health issues or concerns related to smoking, you should consult your doctor before starting the program. Hypnosis is not recommended for people who have epilepsy, schizophrenia, or other serious mental disorders.
A typical hypnosis session for smoking cessation lasts about an hour, and consists of three parts:
• Pre-talk: This is where we discuss your smoking history, challenges, expectations, and any questions you may have. We also establish rapport and trust, and explain how hypnosis works and what to expect.
• Induction: This is where we guide you into a relaxed and hypnotic state, using various techniques such as breathing, imagery, progressive relaxation, etc. You will feel calm, comfortable, and focused.
• Suggestion: This is where we deliver positive suggestions to your subconscious mind, tailored to your specific needs and goals. We may also use techniques such as visualization, metaphors, affirmations, etc. to enhance the effectiveness of the suggestions.
At the end of the session, we will gently bring you back to full awareness, feeling refreshed and energized. You will also receive a recording of the session that you can listen to at home for reinforcement.
The number of sessions required for smoking cessation varies from person to person, depending on their level of addiction, motivation, and responsiveness to hypnosis. Some people may quit smoking after one session, while others may need more sessions to achieve their desired results. We recommend at least three sessions for optimal results.
