Trained in the finest schools of hypnosis in America and Germany Since 1983 one of which is the only State Licensed School in Florida Where after 500 hours his transcript reflects he  earned the prestigious title of Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Certified Interpersonal Hypnotherapist However, when his beloved life partner was diagnosed with cancer which after a 7 year battle it was discovered she was misdiagni and given the wrong medication which ultimately took her life, he also faced with having to remove the hard earned title of clinical hypnotherapist from his name because of florida law concerning “who can call themselves a hypnotherapist” Yes. Florida has an explicit hypnosis law (Chapter 485, F.S.) that regulates its therapeutic use.

So, although he has been recognized all around the world as one of the best Clinical Hypnotherapists since Milton H Erickson, by the founder of the National Board of Certified Clinical Hypnotherapists, (who incidentally trained Lenzy initially in 1983 and most recently asked him to take ownership of the NBCCH prior to his untimely death, and sent the transfer of ownership contract to Lenzy for his signature, which was  written by Ron Klein’s request by Lawrence McGrath and delivered by his wife, Radford McGrath LMFT.  Ron Klein’s conference call to Lenzy was one of great respect and urgency, because in that call klein conveyed his great fear that his life work since 1978 would fall into the hands of someone who did not truly respect the craft of hypnosis and was only concerned about the money.  So, Klein stated that Lenzy was his greatest pupil and had the brightest light of hypnotherapy he had ever seen and transferred the entire database of his students of the American Hypnosis Training Academy of Silver Springs, Maryland to Lenzy and told him “hold on to the contract and ill tell my wife Vasti, i give you my blessings” My dear mentor Ron Klein passed away of long haul covid 19 complications the following week. Radford McGrath who was supposed to had delivered the contract written for Ron Klein by Lawrence McGrath, withheld it for a length of time for reasons she has never explained, then one day, after both Ron Klein and Lawrence McGrath were both deceased, Radford McGrath laid the long awaited for envelop on Lenzy’s desk befor him in his office and stated “I don’t know what good it will do you now”, but here’s your contract of ownership”.  By then, it was too late, someone else had somehow taken control of the national board of certified clinical hypnotherapists in California and all was lost as Ron Klein feared. 

Radford McGrath for some reason, felt it necessary to tell Lenzy, “no matter how much schooling you get and how many titles you achieve you’re still just a hypnotist” So, to comply with the laws of the land, despite alllllll the money you spend, and the countless hours studying, and training, racism is still insidious as well as antisemitism.  With Self hypnosis you can overcome the small mindedness of those around you just as slaves overcame the religions forced u[pon them like the chains around their arms and legs and necks.  Lenzy learned to walk in the light.

Prior to becoming a service disabled veteran owned small business(SDVOSB) following his service in the United States Army, he became a Certified Divorce & Family Mediator and a Certified Parenting and Fatherhood Facilitator and an ordained minister and pastoral counselor.  

Through the National Fatherhood Initiative in association with the Children's Trust Fund, where he began the first ever Survival Skills for Men®  NLP program in the county jails and group homes.  

After over 400 inmates successfully graduating, this clearly  demonstrated that a single "talk of truth", between the conflicted parts with one's self can drastically change and call a "TRUCE" to the chaos within an inmates life.  His students and clients state that his trainings have empowered them to become masters of their own minds through self discipline achieved with the power of NLP and self-hypnosis along with a detailed 10 course lesson plan which he instructed personally to each class of exactly 15 incarcerated inmates mandated by the courts to attend as prerequisite for parole or release.  Due to the overwhelming success of the program, grant funding afforded opportunity for this 30 hour course which included 10 workbooks per inmate, whiteboard presentations and homework assignments, to be available for the attendance in precisely timed three hour increments, three mornings a week in the county jails, three afternoons per week at youth group homes for at risk and incarcerated juvenile offenders, as well three nights per week for court mandated  work release individuals.  After the grant funding for the fatherhood initiative program ended, he realized that the communities still had needs.  His TruceTalk® , Hypnosis Inc. method  was developed in 1997. He later incorporated in 2010 and by 2012 was in the Top 10 percent of all profiles viewed in the world on LinkedIn and inspired countless other programs.  Due to economic constraints and the 2008 market crash, what Initially intended to be a whole family mediation and services system, TruceTalk® evolved into a consultative sales training method which required these empathic listening skills be modeled for and trained to countless thousands of customer service representatives and tele-workers for special projects agents such as the Medicare plan enrollment operators whom you may have called from the number that you received in the mail directing you to call and inquire regarding  whether to enroll in Part A, or Part B, etc... Dr. L's early career experiences included corporate motivational trainer for corporations such as West Business Services, Allorca, {AMEX, CHASE,AT&T, BellSouth, JCPenny MoneyBank, MBNA} Kaufman & Broad ; to name a few...however, after deep meditation and prayer, he was inspired to transmute the intention of, and apply, this consultative hypnotic approach to help ease neural pathways naturally to internal and external conflict resolution on a mental, physical and spiritual level (nowadays called referred to by most almost as ..."polyvagal theory").  
 The program that supported rehabilitation and re-parenting of incarcerated men and at-risk teens with neural linguistic emphasis for those who had experienced emotional trauma, childhood abuse and/or sexual violence and alcohol and drug abuse as well as safer sex decisions education, is what helped to shape the birth of the TruceTalk®  binaural hypnosis approach.
 As a result of his injuries during his military service, he later became blind and received a cancer diagnosis. Following these traumatic experiences, he became committed to finding a way to relieve suffering of combat veterans, their children, and spouses.  Rev. Lenzy. has taught through NLP to college students, high school students. His system was put to the test when Saudi military exchange students having difficulties grasping the English language at the defense language institute course at Lackland, AFB, sought his assistance and has gone on to excel in their careers and most recently sent photos of them seated wit the 47th President of the United States, President Donald J. Trump and MBS Of Saudi Arabia, Signing Contracts!!! In English! and still send regular updates as well as family photos to this date all because of the power of HYPNOSIS the gift of language and understanding.  

Some of his more well known clients who have had remarkable shifts and transformations have ranged from construction workers with fear of loud noises,...corporate executives,... to  real estate tycoons (and if you know your true history: president Ronald Reagan and Donald J. Trump's main benefactor and campaign contributor who supplied all 50 campaign HQ offices during the first Trump campaign) and many others.  Some famous (and infamous) clients, whom, after an awakening and gaining clarity have even prompted a former presidential candidate's family secret to be the topic of the show on Oprah.
  Although now, battling cancer himself, he still strives with his words to inspire all he meets that "Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve" by calling a truce!  Rev.
